Delivery service
At the point of sale, Harris Furnishings will provide you with a delivery charge based on your location, together with an estimated delivery timescale for your new furniture.
As the majority of our furniture is made to order by our manufacturers, all delivery lead times are approximate and commence from the date you receive your order acknowledgement. These timescales are supplied by the manufacturers and, whilst every effort is made to meet the estimated delivery date, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your complete order has arrived at Harris Furnishings, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Whilst we are unable to provide an exact delivery time due to routing and logistics, we will always advise whether your delivery is scheduled for the morning (AM) or afternoon (PM).
On the day of delivery, our experienced delivery team will carefully place and install your new furniture in the room of your choice. All packaging materials will be removed and responsibly disposed of, leaving your home clean and tidy.
Should you require your old furniture to be removed, we are pleased to offer this service free of charge when delivering your new furniture. To ensure we can accommodate this, please request furniture removal at the time you place your order.
Please ensure there is suitable access to the delivery location. If you have any concerns regarding access, staircases, narrow doorways, lifts or other potential restrictions, we strongly recommend discussing these with us before placing your order.
We will be happy to advise and help ensure that your furniture can be delivered safely and efficiently. Please note that any additional costs incurred as a result of restricted access that has not been disclosed prior to delivery may be chargeable.
